What is “chafing”?

Chafing is the result of the constant rubbing of your skin caused by repetitive action over time. It occurs when clothes or gear rub against your skin, or skin rubs against itself. Over time, the constant rubbing, or friction, is abrasive and results in blisters or severe rashes.

Who should use an anti-chafe cream?

This is a must have item for cyclists, distance walkers and runners. It is very beneficial people who do all sorts of activities, including hiking, martial arts, and rowing. People who wear abrasive clothing or gear over long periods of time should also use it (soccer players, fire fighters, people in the military).

How does it work?
